This is Master buddha.
In the Earth reality, there are many circumstances and experiences which one must face again and again in one’s life. No matter how high one has gone, one has to deal with all kinds of people on a daily basis. The challenge is how one can stay centered when the people around them do not have the same vibrations or the same concept of what they think.
This has always been a challenge.
When you face a difficult situation with people
Exercise:
Immediately bring your attention to your belly button.
Breathe from the belly button.
From the belly button breathe out energy to that person
Do not react.
Just send your energy from the belly button to them, even if they are wrong or right and even if you are right or wrong. It doesn’t matter at all.
Breathe out neutrally.
You are neutralizing the effect of what is happening.
It has been said, what has been created needs a different energy to be uncreated.
It has to be a different energy as you cannot uncreate from the energy that it was created from.
Example:
A problem that was created cannot be uncreated from the same energy that created the problem.
So when you breathe out from the centre of your being, you are in a much better space to handle the situation more in a logical and grounded way. You are more responding than reacting. Otherwise there can be trigger points in your everyday life from moment to moment basis. Maybe somebody bumps into you, it can upset you right away. It can be an email or message you get, that can upset you.
Come to this place of centeredness.
Exercise
Touch your belly button with both your thumbs
Both your index fingers touching one another.
Breathe from here.
See a triangle being created.
Breathe- the triangle becomes bigger
When the triangle becomes big, blow the triangle into the situation or the particular energy or experience.
See the triangle coming into the energetic field
What happens?
The energy that is sent to you by any means will be blocked.
You will be able to stay in your center.
Often what people do, they really do not mean it.
It’s coming from their own frustrations, or insecurities.
It becomes a venting outlet. It is only that.
A master should not react to that, it is just one of human’s reactions to situations.
BUT it is a test for all of you to master.
Even when I was preaching, I was attacked many times by lay persons, women, the kings and the ministers. There were many who did not accept me or what I was teaching. They even tried to kill me - 6 times. I did not react. I knew it was coming from a place of deep fear, insecurities, not knowing. People do not know it is happening. It is just blind fear which can cause them to do do things.
All problems happen because people do not know what is going to happen- the unknown factor.
We want you to ponder over this.
These simple exercises done from yr belly button can make a very big difference in the way you respond to things in your life.
