You are living in a very interesting time where many new possibilities exist right in the middle of great chaos. Yes, there is much confusion, much fear, much anxiety, much anger, and much polarizing energy on the planet at this time. But many new things are also coming out during this time, so we encourage you not to buy too much into what’s happening in the world and stay centered in your space and focus on the good things in life. It’s easy to get sucked away by what’s happening. But that is just one reality. There are many realities existing simultaneously. The next few months and the next year, you will see more chaos than 2019. There can be rattling of the market where a mini financial crash can come. The stock market can crash in many ways, so stay centered and focused in your own truth, in your own life every day, every moment. Every morning when you wake up say, “peace in the front, peace in the back, peace to my left, peace to my right, peace to the top, peace to the bottom. Peace. Peace. Peace. You can say repeatedly many times. Peace in my mind. Peace in my thoughts. Peace in my emotional body. Peace in my physical body. Because when the physical body is agitated, it affects the mental body and emotional body. Bring peace into these areas of your life. Peace in my thoughts is very important. And peace in the physical body. When that happens, you will see a shift in the emotions. How you see things, less reaction, and only respond. Now, the subject of colors, there is a planet of colors and we will invite the Master from this planet to come now at this time. Hello dear friends and to the family in Mt Shasta. They know us, Adama and the Lemurians because r we are sister cities. I come from the planet Sunarama. And my name, you call me Sunarama. What are colors? Why are colors created? What is the purpose of colors? You are made up of colors. You are made up of geometry, mathematics. You have musical notes, color frequency, these are the components through which a human body is created. The building blocks of life. Your DNA has colors. This is why when you use certain colors on the physical plane, on the physical body, many times you feel an upliftment of energy. But if you were to know the colors of your DNA, of your pineal gland, it would make a difference in your life. You can enhance your life by using colors. You must have noticed that when you go to a museum or art gallery, certain paintings or expressions of color captivates you and you stare at this for long periods of time. Why? A depleted organ in your body – you are drinking the colors from the painting. You feel an expansion of your light, of your heart, and you say this painting, or this abstract art is a masterpiece because you are being supported by this energy at this time. So, bringing color frequency into the body is highly, highly recommended. You are very well aware of the chakras and the colors. You are aware of the rainbow and the colors in the rainbow. It’s not just 7, but 24 colors. All of you are aligned specifically to certain energies when you are born, the supporting energies. You are aligned with a dragon, for dragons are the ones who anchored the crystalline grid on the Earth but now you are awakening. Your Earth in 2012 ascended but not humanity. Humanity is catching up to this. This is why you see many more chaos, more light on the Earth so more ugliness coming out. You are aligned to a color. You are aligned to a particular tree, sound frequency and many other alignments. And you will find that these alignments can support you, for they are a storehouse of energy created by your Higher Self before you are born. And waiting to be opened. We ask you to look into this. Even if you were to do a simple color meditation which we would like to lead you at this time. Lemurian Light Meditation

We would like you to close your eyes, each of you and just breathe normally. A simple normal breath. Observe your breath going in and out slowly. Going in and out. Now, bring your attention underneath your feet and imagine a beautiful red ball of light underneath your feet, next to the red ball, see an orange ball of light underneath your feet. After that, a beautiful bright yellow ball of light, a beautiful soft green ball of light, soft blue ball of light, indigo night sky ball of light, soft purple ball of light. These are the colors of the 7 chakras. Now imagine more balls of light – one in gold color, silver/platinum color, turquoise, magenta, white and pink. All of these colored balls are underneath your feet. You breathe and try to pull in as many colors as possible through the soles of your feet. Pull it in and hold the breath and the colors and take it all the way to an arm’s length above your head where the 12th chakra exists called Yaminay (sp?) and release these colors and see the colors coming out like a shower of light all around you. Breathe again the colors, hold the breath, and take all the way up to one arm’s length above your head and release it through. One more time, breathe in the colors and let it fall all over. Few more times, breathe it in. You are being bathed in colors. Now make an intention, you are sending these colors into your aura. Into your emotional body, mental body, and your other sub bodies – anger, pain, disappointment bodies and see the colors going into all of these bodies and then falling into the ground and going into Mother Earth’s body. Now, this meditation is called Lemurian Light Meditation. It is a Lemurain practice. The Lemurian society as a whole did this particular meditation. This is one of the reasons they were a heart-centered society. Not fully balanced because they were more on the feminine side, not on the masculine side but their hearts opened up and there was love. So, this simple meditation can not only heal your heart and open your heart but revitalize all of the organs and supply vital Qi (Chi) or vital life force into the depleted organs which causes aging. You can also extend this meditation to bring colors into your house, into your yard. So, your house is full of benevolent colors. You can revitalize the energy of your house. As you know, sometimes stagnant energy can stay in the house causing similar life experiences and it’s very difficult to breakthrough. You may have tried everything, but nothing seems to work. Maybe there is stagnant energy in your place through thought imprints which are created by us and other people in the house. So, colors can uplift and release many of these embedded energies. You feel a freshness coming into your life. It is called Lemurian Light Meditation. We highly recommend you do this and if you do it every day for 8 days, you will see a difference. There is no time limit, but we encourage you to do it for a minimum of 10 minutes daily initially and then after that you can think about it and immediately feel the energy of the colors. The color yellow is very, very important. It is the lifeforce energy. So, when you feel down and there is no energy. Work with this special color for it revitalizes the important organs, the bones in your body, the bloodstream, the kidney, the joints in your feet, in your knees. Now, people who are depressed or sad, can they be helped with the colors? Yes, definitely so. Mainstream science knows about it. Let’s say, take a hospital, you will not see much orange color in a hospital setting. Orange is a very stimulating, powerful color. If orange and black are combined, it is a powerful combination. Sometimes overly powerful, it can dominate. Let’s look at the color red. If a lady who is wearing red and goes out in a red dress, she will get noticed much more than wearing other colors. So colors have a big, big impact in the way your energy is projected. We need all of the colors, not one specific color. This is one of the reasons the vegetables have different colors because it supports our emotional body and our organs. We want you to experiment, talk to your body every week. Your body will tell you; I need this color at this particular time. Maybe I need sunshine at this time. Talk and ask what colors. It will tell you. What colors can enhance your life? Colors can support you to draw forth opportunities or to recognize opportunities in your life. Now, the next part of using colors.

In the back of your body, you have a tube called the Pranic Tube. It is very important. It runs one arm’s length to the top and one arm’s length underneath your feet. This tube is very important because it contains many energies of the past, the present and the future. It contains important notes? for moving of the kundalini. It also contains sacred geometrical patterns. This tube needs to be opened. Because when you open this tube, you are able to experience the larger part of your interdimensional higher aspects. Your past, present and future energies is in this tube. You need to open this tube by breathing into this tube and bringing colors into this tube. Ideally this tube must be opened as big as your skull. Your soul travels through this tube. The colors to breathe into this tube is gold and platinum and turquoise from the top. Breathe through the tube and bring the colors into the tube and release through the Earth star chakra underneath your feet and pulling gold and green combined – the color of Mother Earth. Pull it through the tube and release through the top of the tube. You will keep this tube open. You must daily learn to breathe through this tube. Dear ones, when you open this tube, you can create many, many wonders in your life. For you will feel more energy in your body, more vitality because you will start to merge with the 3 aspects of you. So many new talents, abilities, and healing capacities – all will open up. Because all of us, every human being has all of these talents in past or future lives. Keep this tube open every day. You are very well aware of the 3-fold flame in your heart. It contains colors – pink, blue and yellow, representing the first 3 rays of God. If you would look at Master Jesus, you would see these colors coming out of his heart. What does it tell you? You are made up of colors. (Photo of Jesus with colors coming from his heart shown). You can find this photo when you go to Israel. Why do you think there are colors in the church? Colors are very well known by the hierarchy because colors influence the human mind. You go to any major structures of worship, a temple, a church, or a mosque. You see colorful paintings or writings. It influences the mind, cleanses and purifies the mind so you can focus on the divine when you are in this place of holy worship. Now there are colors underneath your feet through which you communicate to Mother Earth. We ask you to focus on the colors underneath your feet. The colors are soft golden combined with green and also soft brown – earthy reddish brown. Because there are chakras underneath your feet. Not only the Earth Star chakra but 3 other chakras underneath your feet. Plus, you have minor chakras underneath your toes. And they are all color coded so whenever you take a step, you are imprinting your vibrations, your thought energy from this chakra into Mother Earth and Mother Earth brings forth in your reality, what you have imprinted. We want you to work with these colors underneath your feet. You will be able to release many of the imprints you have taken from other people. Because any time you go to any particular place you are taking imprints from the ground. And the ground is imprinted with other people’s energy and thought patterns because they have walked there. You will release a lot so that means you will be able to come back into your own self and not be influenced much by other people because you’ve released the imprints underneath your feet. Now, can we use colors for healing? Definitely. Not just on the emotional level but colors for the soul. What feeds your soul? What feeds your soul? You would say love. Love is very important. But what is food for your soul? It is colors. Your name is a color combination – a sound frequency. Now, let me ask you and give you an example. Let us say you see a child or adult person who is full of vibrancy and is always in a happy mood even when there are challenges. They have a positive attitude. What is the color in their life, in their soul frequency? It will be blueish gold. When there is blue color with gold, these people always project an image of positivity and vibrancy and you feel good in their presence because they are positive. No matter what is happening in their lives, they are still able to hold a positive feeling. It is because of the color they carry. You can bring this color into your body. When a child is very small, and the child is allowed full expression without being too much controlled by the parent or environment. Most children are very vibrant especially before 5 or 6 years old. They are full of light, purity, innocence. You just want to hug them and play with them. They are so innocent. Their colors are blueish gold. When you try to control them and make them normal to fit in with society’s needs, the colors are changed. So when you feel that you are down and you want to bring more positivity in your life simply call forth the light of blue and gold. It will support you. You will see a big difference in 2-3 days’ time. Now, have you seen children, sometimes their parents and grandparents are very affectionate and loving but the child is withdrawn? Have you noticed someone like that? No matter what you do, the child is withdrawn. The child doesn’t communicate. In the school. The parents are trying everything. There is no abuse, but the child just does not have emotions and we do something – colors. Colors feed the soul. Soft green and soft white can support the child. Have you seen people who are always nervous? Nothing happened in their life, but they are always nervous. Have you seen people like that? Biting their nails when they are 30 or 40 years of age. Moving their feet continuously and they cannot sit, they are restless. Nothing happened in their lives, but they are born nervous. I’m sure you have seen people like this – on the train or the bus. They are always watching left side, right side, who’s in back. And if you go to a restaurant, they move from table to table because they are just nervous inside. Can you help them? Yes, colors, colors, colors. Food for your soul of course is love but most important colors. Now we encourage you to look at the artist Alex Gray. The American artist, an incredible artist, and an incredible soul. He was able to go inside the human body and draw images in minor detail with all of the colors. What do you see? Magnificence of your body. Is it not? Every act you create, there is a color attached to this. It is captured by his art in many ways. When 2 human beings coupled together and make sacred love, the union of the body, the mind and the soul – incredible colors are created in that moment, in this purity. And these colors go out into the Universe supporting Mother Earth. That’s why hippies said, “Make Love not War” and hippies changed America. Is it not? They stopped the war. They were highly advanced souls from other planets. They came to lay the foundation for Ascension. To change the consciousness and when it was achieved the hippie movement died out. Is it not, dear one? So, we have a lot to thank the hippies. So, colors. When human beings make love in the sacredness of their hearts, they do not make love – they create love. The ruby mandalas – sacred geometry formed in the ether. Some of you may experience this in the future. Same thing. When a mother gives breast milk from the purity of her heart, the full love for the mother and the child incredible light goes from the mother into the child, enveloping the child. The child feels supported, nourished, loved. We really would like you to look at Alex Gray’s paintings. When we die, we release colors through the top of our head. Colors play an important part. Including wedding. Many Western cultures wear white. Why do they wear white? What does it signify? What does the meaning of colors signify for angels? Why do people draw angels with wings and white color? Why? It shows the purity, in that moment we are one with the Divine. We are our natural God self. And our natural God self is always pure. You can do one thing. You can take out all of the colors. Draw it out in your own way. Maybe in a circle – which color do I need at this time? Which color can enhance my ability? Let’s say you want more creativity to come into your life. Use orange. To develop more compassion – a softer color. More spiritual growth – turquoise or soft purple and breathe into it because all of the colors, the 24 colors which exist in the white are not just colors. They are spirit beings. There is spirit attached to each color. And these spirits work with the Elohim, the builders of form. And as you know, Elohim exist on your forehead. Call on them. They work with the colors. So, when you combine colors with the intention, your ability to manifest your reality will happen much faster. Let us say, you want to sell your house and it’s been on the market. Can you use colors to sell your house? Why not? Certain Colors draw forth people into your life. For they will feel this house feels good although they have never stepped into the house. I would like to go and see. Maybe I would like to have that house. If you go to a department store, almost all department stores have colors. Certain colors make you spend more time in the store. When they use certain essential oils with colors, people tend to linger in the store for more time. When they linger in the store for more time, two things happen. They feel an overwhelming guilty feeling – I’ve been here a long time, so I need to buy something small from here. So many people on hot summer days spend more time at the mall because it’s much cooler. But they end up buying something because the colors will make them feel they should buy something. The department stores know about this and this is developed by a company owned by a couple from America. Now, there will be healing modalities coming from the USA. How to use colors during surgery. Also, for many treatments, for cancer, if you look at the cells, there are specific colors. All sickness has specific colors. How can we use colors to bring healing to certain parts of the body? Arthritis – can you bring colors? Yes. Open your palms. Both palms and simply say, “I call forth the light of Venus into my palms.” Imagine beautiful soft purple light and you will see colors coming into your palms. (Hand position) After a few days you will feel light coming into your hands. Venus is the place where we come before we enter into the Earth’s atmosphere before we are born. And the color of Venus is soft purple. “Bring it into your heart and say, I give back the love back to myself.”

In this way, you can send healing long distance. If a person is getting treatment for cancer, you can go near them and blow the energy into the affected part, into the cells. Of course, they are still taking treatment, but you will see much faster healing will happen. Especially with 1st and 2nd stage cancer. The best color is love heals everything and the color of love is soft purple. Love is not a feeling – it is a vibrational frequency of colors. For example, a lady who is going to have chemotherapy in the hospital, the side effect of the chemo is quite disastrous. Blow into the place where she received chemo – gold or metallic blue. This is very, very good for dialysis. Blow into their blood – beautiful soft white or gold. We would like for you to experiment with this. You can blow long distance or thousands of miles and they will be able to feel it. You can blow into the Amazon forest and see the entire forest covered with this beautiful light. It will have an effect. Breathe in colors and sending the colors is very important. When people are ready to die, there is great fear because the chakras under the feet get disconnected and in front of your eyes you are able to see flashing – all of the life you have experienced. All experiences – your words, thoughts, actions, everything… There is great fear of being judged by God. Anxiety for the unknown, stepping into a new path. You can blow colors before they die and you will see many times they will go with more peace and you will see it in their face, a gentleness coming. You blow into their heart and into the crown area. You don’t have to be in the hospital, you can do long distance. We would like you to do an experiment. Blow into all of the animals in the zoo for one week. Then go to the zoo and see how the animals respond to you. They will know you are sending healing energy to them. You can experiment. Especially the horses if you blow into them because they are very, very sensitive to colors. The owls, the grey wolfs – very sensitive. Butterflies. This way, you can blow colors into war torn countries. Where there is great destructions. Parts of Africa or any place. When the colors are embedded into the ground, the ground can be healed. Now we have a big problem in many countries, processed food or GMO food. And many times, we do not have much control because we live in cities where we are not able to grow our own food. We have to eat the food that is available. Blow into the food – colors of gold and soft purple before you cook them. This will have the effect that all of the chemicals in the food will be transformed. You will change the molecular structure. Experiment with all of these and see if you feel a difference. Let me give you an example. When you go to the beach, especially a beach where there are great waves coming. Many times, you feel good. Is it not? Why? Because your heart opens. Why do you think when you’re in love you want to go to the beach and hold hands with your lover? And walk with your naked feet on the wet soil? The sound of the waves. Why? Is it romantic? No, your heart is opening because the waves are emitting colors – a beautiful soft green. I feel so good to be on the beach with my lover holding hands. You feel very good because the waves are emitting colors and it opens your heart more and you really feel good. So colors are everywhere. Invite the spirt of colors into your life. They don’t mean any harm. All colors are equally important including black. You’ll say black means darkness, no. We need all colors. Talk to your body – which color do I lack at this time in my life? And your body will tell you. Even black is important. Many times, black can ground the person. Now, if we see some people that always wear black. Why? It can support people in gaining their self-confidence. I know who I am. I know what I’m doing. But there needs to be a balance. Let’s say a lady wears black pants with a red shirt. A very powerful combination. If you’re going for an interview and you want to intimidate the other person, don’t go for a date in these colors because it will intimidate the other person. Both are very strong colors. We need all colors, but we need to mix and match. Now, with the new children, especially with the new children – ADD, ADHD… and the new children, they need colors to balance their life. Big time. Even the undergarments they wear must be of a softer color. Bright colors – red, yellow, bright colors will stimulate the children’s emotional field. The color is very important for these children. Soft colors are recommended. Even their school bag, their desk, their bed…everything softer colors. You can also download colors into their bodies while they are sleeping to awaken certain qualities. For example, you want a child to have great imagination. Through imagination they grow and develop their senses. You can bring certain beautiful metallic colors and when they are sleeping, anchor it into their crown and see the color running from their crown through their feet. This color will get embedded into their aura. Especially if a child is below 8-10 years of age, the mother or father can do this. So, a child will start having more imagination and will also be more exploratory in nature. They will not be dissatisfied. They will say why not. They will attempt to do new things and in that they will gain self-confidence and they will also start opening up. Children as you know are the future of tomorrow. Bringing colors into their lives, you will see how much better they behave. And these new children, as you know, they can throw temper tantrums. They can question authority, or the father figure or the schoolteacher when they are not recognized as a human being. They need respect. For sometimes they can be very demanding, intimidating or they will challenge everything. Bring in colors and anchor soft color, purple color into their belly button. And if you give them a reason for why they have to do things rather than telling them, I’m your mother and do it, many times they will listen. You can also bring colors into your drinks – water, coffee, or into any drink. Bring the color of which quality you want to enhance and imagine this color through your hand coming into the cup or glass and for 3-5 minutes and then drink. If you look at trees, why do you think people like to spend time near trees? If you spend time near big trees, people start feeling better. Of course, trees have many, many benevolent acts of what they do. But the colors, the image affects one’s senses. The color green has the capacity to open to the new portals which exist in your heart center. Eight inches in front of your heart here is a portal to other dimensions. If you look at the Aboriginal people, they know about it. Through this portal, they are able to travel to other dimensional realities while still being in the physical body. And the portal color is golden color. Simply state, I am opening the portal of my heart in meditation. And see yourself stepping into the portal. Do not be afraid. Step into the portal into yourself. You will start to see you are going much, much deeper into yourself. Fall is coming. And you see all of the beautiful colors changing. Is it not? And it’s fabulous. And you want to spend time looking at it. My God. How did they create this beautiful tapestry of colors? Does it touch your heart? Of course. Yes. So, if you look at all of the trees and foliage, it has many different colors, is it not? Same way. Since we are made up of Mother Earth’s body, we need many colors. So next time, when you are there, breathe in the colors into your body. Ladies whom have had miscarriages or abortions, breathe these colors into their womb. Into the ovary. Very, very good for you. You will feel lots of warmth in your body, especially in the stomach area and sometimes you can even cry because sometimes people carry guilt feeling in the subconscious. Release that part. Bring in colors. We would like to give you one exercise. We would like you to do it in your house when you find time. List all of the people in your life as far as you can remember. Maybe from kindergarten, schoolteacher, just name the person, the pets, the neighbors, the teachers, the childhood, every person as far as you can remember. Maybe you met a stranger on the bus, and they made a good impression on you. Every person. Every person who has touched your life. Take a big sheet of paper and draw a tree. A big tree. And then make the roots deep going deep, deep… and then on the tree, you draw branches. Some will have thick branches, and some will have thin branches. And one branch may have many small twigs on it. Some branches, especially at least 12 branches will be thick and strong. All of the branches represent the people in your life. Some of the big branches would be your partner for many years, father figure, or mother, or anyone. The longer the relationship with this person, the thicker and longer the branch. Now, you start drawing leaves. Now, the colors represent the emotions you felt with this person. For example, let’s say you worked with a colleague for one year. This person was jealous, backstabbing, into office politics – you didn’t feel good at all. You would draw them on a small branch because they were only in your life for one year. You color the leaf a dark color. If it were someone that felt good in your life – maybe yellow. Someone who you really love – soft purple, someone who really enhanced your life – gold color. So, the colors represent the emotions you felt with the person. It will take some time but when you draw it out, there can be many body reactions or anger coming up because all of these emotions were held within your body. And now it is coming out for healing. You must do it slowly. It might take a few days or a few hours but at the end you will have a very beautiful tree of colors. All of these emotions made you who you are up until this point. Is it not? Every experience. Then what you do is in the middle of the tree in the bark. Draw a yellow color like a wave form on the bark going from the base all the way to the top of the tree. It means, through all of this, I am still able to hold my Divine light. All of these people are my teachers in many ways. Because through all of them, I grew my life and I gained wisdom in every way. Of course, sometimes painful, sometimes challenging but nevertheless they were a part of my life. In this way, there will not be anger or hatred toward anyone who hurt me. You will release. And most importantly, your karmic connection to that person will be cut off. You don’t have to meet them in the next lifetime because you have cleared your part from your side. You see. They may meet people in their next lifetime to work on their own karma. But from your side, since you have cleared it there will be great healing within your energetic field. But the idea of drawing the yellow color through the bark means through all of this, you are still able to maintain your connection to the Divine. A very, very beautiful healing can happen. There can be tears, frustration, and anger coming out. Especially buried memories of abuse, betrayal, trust issues all coming up. But once it is gone, you make space in your physical reality, your energetic body to be filled with the Divine light. If you want, you can even put a picture of you at the top of the tree. A beautiful, beautiful, colorful tree. And what happens, when you start to do this exercise, you will also see how different choices you have made and choices you have not made created all of the experiences in your life. You see, so, what happens is you will gain a lot of wisdom. This is also called life review before you die. Every person who appeared in your life. Every person. But now you are already doing this on paper. The life review will not be scary because most of the time, people are scared because they feel they are going to be punished. But now you don’t have to be scared because you already cleared a lot. You will see the gift they brought into your life. Bring colors into your life. Breathe colors. Let’s say a delivery man comes to your house and he steps in your door to hand over the package to you. His energy comes into your house. A carpenter, gas man, their energies are in your house. Heal those energies using color frequencies. When your husband is at work, breathe colors into his heart for 5 minutes. No expectations. Just send colors of love and you will see the difference it makes in the evening. Because what happened? We have changed inside of ourselves and change will be reflected outside. We can use colors for many different situations. Including court case. Blow beautiful colors of harmony – soft blue and green. Sending your spirit before you meet them. At a soul level, they will feel it. Let us say you are going to have a meeting with someone. Sometimes you cannot tell everything from your heart. So, what you do is, you write a letter in a piece of paper or on computer and the energy of what you have written is already embedded into your heart. So, when you are with this person, you don’t have to say anything. You just send the embedded energy into the heart of the other person. You can do it before the meeting starts, energetically. Tibetan people knew about it. When you think, the other person can feel the energy because the energy is already in the ether. Blow into all of the people who you are going to meet with. Blow into the person’ heart center before you go. Imagine they are filled with golden pink light. Definitely the way they communicate will be different. Your problem will not go away. But they will not be nasty. And when people are at that level, solutions can be found. Miracles can happen. Experiment with all of this. You will see a difference. When we change inside, change happens outside. Doesn’t matter what’s happening out there – it’s a reflection of inner conflict outside. When we quell the inner rage, the outside will shift. Circumstances may not change but the way they react to us can change and that can make a big difference in our lives. Let’s say a policeman stops your car. Because of what’s happening, just remain calm and breathe from your heart, colors. They are also stressed out. Big time. There is pressure on them. So when people are under pressure they will react differently. Just blow into the colors. Just imagine a world full of colors. Beautiful. For a child, the world is full of colors. So as planetary healers, we can send colors into the Earth and into all of the people when we wake up in the morning. Blow and imagine entire Mother Earth in this beautiful metallic blue color. It’s called the Blue Jewel; Planet Earth and you are blowing into it. Then into all of the people of the world because colors represent the heart of God. So, I am blowing God into it. You can also breathe in color when you are working or driving. I am breathing in this particular color. One of the best colors you can use on a daily basis is the color of the rainbow. You can bring the rainbow colors into all of the chakras from the 12th to the chakras underneath your feet. Feel the chakras and the geometry in your body filled with rainbow colors. It is a very good practice for Ascension to increase the light frequency and also to purify and heal. Two things happen. For ascension to happen you must work on yourself daily to release many things and also to bring in higher frequency. So, rainbow energy will help you to release but also anchor higher frequencies. Now, if you want to really dig in, you will see that Jesus talked about using colors to heal the human heart. Now certain sound frequencies which you hear, certain musical melodies, they are emitting colors. That’s why certain music can awaken certain emotions in the body. For example, what did Hitler play – he played a certain music to awaken the energy of patriotism among his people. Why do you think when an army goes to war, they beat a drum? Why? Many countries do this in old times, and they are leading the army. Is it not? They are sending out an energy. Even in America. When they are running, they have to sing a chant. Through the sound they are emitting, they are sending energy of colors and that is going into your aura and being emitted into them – making them strong and ready to fight. I believe in a just cause. So, the Army knows colors have a big effect on the subconscious mind. Every country uses this technique. Future weapons will be using colors along with laser beams because colors can control you. Using these colors can protect you also. Your blood and organs have colors. Can you bring in colors to support these two? Because when these 2 are in harmony, there is harmony in the body. Because as you know, you are a bio-electrical being. You are a bio-electrical being, but you are also a magnetic being. For the biology and energy are not in harmony. Your mind and heart are not in harmony, there is a conflict. But when these 2 are in harmony, the electric and magnetic energy will be balanced. Some of the colors you can use for the body organs are red, soft red with pink combined. This is the color of Mother Mary. And she represents the Divine Mother, the Divine Feminine Mother of balance.
